We are dedicated to creating the finest 100% estate sourced arabica coffee blends.
In Australia we are unique roasting at 860 metres above sea level in a cooler dryer environment. This allows us to use less gas pressure in our roasting creating a fuller roast profile allowing the natural flavours of our estate sourced coffees to come to the forefront of our blends.
Our coffee is created from nature, passion and knowledge.
The Sydney coffee roastery moved to town in November 2007, opening an espresso bar and moving their coffee roaster to a converted butcher’s shop in East Orange.
It has brought a caffeine-fuelled buzz to a town renowned among ‘foodies’ for its fine cool climate wines and produce.


Tell us a little bit about your business?
We are a regional produce store that prides itself on stocking boutique and seasonal produce exclusively from the Orange region.
What are your favourite regional products?
It is really exciting when the different fruits from the region come into season and farmers drop in punnets of berries, boxes of cherries, delicious stone fruit and figs. We also love stocking goodies from the region's most celebrated chefs such as Simonn Hawke (Lolli Redini), Michael Manners and Shaun Arantz (Racine Restaurant).
What's great in store this month?
As we approach autumn we are looking forward to stocking chestnuts and in winter we will have fresh Truffles which are amazing and well worth the price per gram! Of course our gourmet gift hampers are also always a hit!

Bills Beans has the most incredibly loyal following! We can't be happier with using and supplying their beans in our store. We have had instances where people will walk into our shop with a coffee from somewhere else and proceed to order a new one from us while throwing out the one they have just bought!
