We are dedicated to creating the finest 100% estate sourced arabica coffee blends.
In Australia we are unique roasting at 860 metres above sea level in a cooler dryer environment. This allows us to use less gas pressure in our roasting creating a fuller roast profile allowing the natural flavours of our estate sourced coffees to come to the forefront of our blends.
Our coffee is created from nature, passion and knowledge.
The Sydney coffee roastery moved to town in November 2007, opening an espresso bar and moving their coffee roaster to a converted butcher’s shop in East Orange lovingly known as Bills Beans. Since then we have grown our roasting business to bursting point from cafes and espresso bars eager to obtain our brand and share in our dedication to coffee.
In March 2012 we opened our new roastery and flagship espresso bar ‘Factory Espresso’. From very humble beginnings to our million-dollar roastery we’ve never forgotten our customers and remain loyal to them striving to bring our best in our coffee journey.
Bills Beans brought a caffeine-fuelled buzz to a town renowned among ‘foodies’ for its fine cool climate wines and produce.
