At Bills Beans we are dedicated to creating the finest 100% estate sourced arabica coffee blends.



In Australia we are unique roasting at 860 metres above sea level in a cooler dryer environment. This allows us to use less gas pressure in our roasting creating a fuller roast profile allowing the natural flavours of our estate sourced coffees to come to the forefront of our blends.

The Sydney coffee roastery moved to town in November 2007, opening
 an espresso bar and moving their coffee roaster to a converted butcher’s shop in East Orange.
It has
 brought a caffeine-fueled buzz to a town renowned among foodies
 for its fine cool climate wines and produce.



Bill Parianos, and his partner Lisa Poole, are part of a wave 
of new talent enlivening the already burgeoning gastronomic 
boomtown.

Their venture combines the 20 plus years experience
of the second-generation coffee roaster and the culinary talents
of Lisa, formerly owner of a highly regarded café traitteur in Berry.

They have been floored by the enthusiastic reception of Orange 
coffee drinkers and the embrace of local food and wine community.

Bills Beans is now an institutional part of Oranges' coffee culture and their espresso bar is regarded as the best outside of Sydney.
