It's my turn to spill the beans.
I’ve been waiting a while but the Aussies are back with 'Basalt Blue' and awesome coffee that picks up an unreal earthy note and sweetness with a peanut brittle like finish.
Try it out, we are running it as an option to our 'Byng St Blend' most afternoons.

This weeks must try coffee is Zambian Lupili.
If you like your coffee funky and smooth and… ‘it doesn’t matter if its black or white’.
So come and check out the party starter for your taste buds. Grab some before it’s gone. I’m giving it 11/10.

Malawi madness has gripped O-town.
Okay so the boss roasts it up last Monday and it sold like hot cakes! No surprises its just fantastic coffee.
However the same customers are back on Wednesday after consuming their weekly stash for MORE! …And they seem to be shaking in a caffeine fueled stupor?
The bag of Malawi is soon running out so don't miss it.
We are also holding wildlife spotting bets for 2010. Last year we witnessed, a horse and a goat that came to visit and Luke's pet ram (which loves a drive).
This year so far its an escaped rooster.

Welcome back one and all coffee devotees! Let me say that on behalf of all the staff here at Bills, we're pumped up, inspired and eager to craft your coffee to perfection.
So it's back to the grind at Bills Beans and we've got great hopes and expectations for twenty-ten. Bill has kick-started the show for us baristas behind 'the glory machine of liquid goodness', by assigning us personalised Reg Barber tampers; so you'll be getting your coffee along with a little extra love from the said barista! Thanks Bill!
Be sure to stay in tune with the Roaster's blog to see what kinds of delicious delicacies Bill will be crafting in the 'roast house' this year. First off the ranks this year, and a staff favourite, is the Malawi [nectar of the gods] – check it out. We're off to a good start.
